I was told the correct bed would be sent but I still haven’t seen it. This was a Christmas present and my son still doesn’t have it.

I dont know if its the bed or my machine or i ordered the 110v instead of the 220v. I know its not heating as fast. I meant to get the 220v if i was not sent the 110v
