Shipping Methods

Tevoup cooperates with major international shipping carrier companies like DHL, UPS, FedEx, Aramex, EMS, and China Post Air Mail etc.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Before shipping your order, normally Tevoup needs to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items. So the processing time is separate from the delivery time.

Processing Time

For 3D printers, accessories and parts in stock at US/EU warehouse, it normally takes 1-2 business days to process your order.

We stock printers in both U.S. and EU warehouses. We follow the proximity rule and ship orders if the items are in stock in the warehouse nearest to the customers.

We appreciate your patience and remain committed to delivering your orders as soon as possible.

For US/EU Customers

Shipping from the US/EU warehouse usually takes 3-7 days to arrive at the doorstep.

    For International Customers from Other Regions

    • Air Shipping usually takes 10 ~ 15 business days en route, and your order is supposed to deliver 15 ~ 20 business days upon its placement.
    • Sea Shipping usually takes 50 ~ 60 natural days.

    Shipping Fee

    We offer FREE shipping worldwide for all our printers, for orders of accessories and parts, we charge an amount of US$5 as the shipping fee.

    Dispatch Time

    All eligible orders are packaged carefully in the nearest available warehouses, and will be dispatched within 48 business hours of their placement. Orders placed over the weekend or on a national holiday will be shipped on the following business day. You’ll receive a shipping notification email containing the order tracking number once it’s shipped.

    Important Information

    There are factors that can inevitably extend the shipping process, while we are always trying our best to fulfill orders in a timely manner, customs clearance, carrier’s transport conditions, weather conditions, global / regional public safety issues may still disturb the process.
